Our experience began with a number of consultations at times convenient for us. During the consultations we established the full scope of the job together. We wanted two rooms to be converted into one. To us this was ‘simply’ a case of removing a wall. However we were keen for the finished product to look like one room, rather than two rooms knocked together.

Without ProjectMyBuld we may not have achieved our aim because during the consultations they identified a number of areas for consideration that we had not previously thought of, such as the consolidation of light switches and the consistency of features like installing a whirl pool bath and heated rails. Had these not been considered at this stage we would not have achieved our goal. Thanks to Qumar we did get what we wanted!

ProjectMyBuild provided us with a fully itemised quote rather than an estimate. It was professionally presented with their terms and conditions for work and payment, accompanied with copies of their insurance certificate. So we were able to see exactly where our money was going. This allowed us to budget with confidence that there would be no hidden extras at the end of the work, which has been our experience in the past.
